With a strong background in compilation and submission of tender pricing for underground mining work, we are able to asssit with pricing tenders, bid estimates and expressions of interest, having bid many projects for underground mining contractors.
We develop our cost model from first principles and in accordance with the tender schedule of rates. A thorough review of all input costs, productivity and resource numbers is undertaken with the contractor, ensuring the contractor’s ownership and peace of mind that the calculated rates reflect the contractors best chance of success.
Indicative and Budget Numbers
Often mine owners request from contractors indicative or budget numbers for the feasability of future projects. We can assist contractors to provide their client with these numbers, leaving the contractors staff to focus on revenue generating work or putting their best efforts into tendering projects that are approved to commence. This allows the contractor to continue protraying their credibility and willingness to work with their clients and submit more than just last minute “ball park” figures.
